Desksmith Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your workspace gear delivered quickly and safely.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) – Available in select areas

  • Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $75

Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.


International Shipping

At this time, Desksmith ships only within the United States. We’re working on expanding internationally—stay tuned!


Shipping Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at info@desksmith.co as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but can’t be found, please contact us within 7 days at info@desksmith.co. We’ll help resolve the issue quickly.
