Desksmith Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once your return is approved.

Final Sale items, including products in our Clearance Collection, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We do offer direct exchanges online.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@desksmith.co with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the necessary return label and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at info@desksmith.co.
Order Cancellation Policy
If your order is canceled due to unavailability or any other reason, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
